Please make a menu so each topic is separate. Example group the letters together, the numbers and the animals. That way they can learn all letters or numbers at a time.

I bought this app a while ago, and like it very much for my nearly 3 year old, but I just noticed today that the app displays upside down. I think this "upside down" effect is due to an update. Developers, please fix this "bug"! Also, there is no way to get to the home page once the puzzle has started. Please fix! Thanks!

This educational app is not organized properly and its redundant! It should have more numbers letters and etc. it seems like its only 20 items there my 2 year old gets bored after a while.

This is a fun, yet educational "game" to have on our iphone. While my daughter doesnt get to play it often, it is just the sort of thing to keep her occupied in a pinch. It is the same type of app that they have on the ipads in the Apple store. Very cool!

My son enjoys this although I wish it were a bit more challenging for him.

A nice variety of shapes, but some of the silouttes are really terrible and dont match the images at all. Half of them look really great, like someone put a lof of time into them. Some of them just look like huge blobs and its a surprise when you find out what its supposed to be. Im looking at you, RECORDER! But my 3-year-old likes it, and it was free. I doubt I would pay a dollar for this, though.

This app is great! My 20 month old loves it and can solve the puzzles in ways that are both challenging and fun. I wish other young toddler apps were this straight forward.

I use this to help with my severely disabled students with their fine motor and visual skills - they absolutely love it!!

Ive had this app for two or three years, our two grandsons fought over it a few years ago, "its myyyy turn Nona, he did two", was a common plaintive cry. Now a few years down the road our granddaughter is recently two and we have yet another Darren Murtha fan. Shape builder and the Matching game are her favorites. I find D. Murthas apps to be very educational, attention grabbing and fun games for children. I wish something like this had been available when my children were young. Great app, Id say, "BUY IT!!", if someone with children to entertain/teach asked me.

My 2 yo daughter loves this on the iPad, with all the sounds. On both of our iPhones, the game is the same but no sounds, and she gets annoyed with it. There seems to be no way to toggle sound on/off on the phone. Is audio not included in the iPhone version? This bug prevents it from being a 5-star app for us. Fix it, and Ill review with 5-star rating.

I have a 20 month old boy and he loves this app. It is easy for him to use and he really likes the sounds and pictures. Its great that he is learning the names for all the letters and has fun with it. Highly recommend this app. Its worth the 99 cents to get the full version.

Ive tried this on two iPads and the sound for the game doesnt work on either.

This is the Only app that my son with autism and other special needs will sit and do for more than two minutes. It is his absolute Favorite!

we love this app and it made travel with my toddler a breeze on many occasions. it teaches so many things to kids - develop focus, motor skills and the smile on my sons face when he solves a puzzle is priceless. must have for parents with pre-schoolers. Thank you and keep adding more shapes.

Good app but you need to fix the sound!

We were leery of downloading an application for our 2 1/2 year old but boy were we wrong! ShapeBuilder is the perfect application for our son when we are waiting in a doctors office or restaurant. Plus we love to sit on the couch together as a family and go through 10 or 20 puzzles, he simply loves it. The puzzles are challenging but simple enough that a child under 3 can figure them out. The graphics are vibrant and an excellent mix of animals, people, objects and more. And most importantly, the sounds are superb! The payoff for completing a puzzle correctly, the reading of the word and a fun sound that accompanies it, which our son loves. Overall, we highly recommend Shape Builder. There isnt a better $.99 you can spend on iTunes if you are a parent. Enjoy!

I just spent $2.99 on this app for the sound not to work very disappointed! Needs to be fixed before taking someone elses money.

This is a great puzzle for my son with intellectual and developmental disabilities. He loves puzzles but does not have the fine motor skills to manipulate pieces and this is perfect for him. The pieces snap into place easily. He can be independent in this puzzle and its one of his favorites. I should say that he is 21 years old but this is his skill and interest level. The only thing that we would like is more puzzles like this.
